I originally applied to EPIK, but was shifted towards SMOE due to a large amount of applicants. After going through the process with SMOE, I received my Contract and sent all my documents. While waiting for my NOA, my recruiter tells me that my contract has been rejected by SMOE and I am no longer being considered as an applicant for both EPIK and SMOE. Can they do this? The contract was signed by both parties and it's about 2-3 weeks until everyone departs. I prepared myself both mentally and physically for this, only to be shot down by both of them. Can anyone help me in this situation.

Because of this, I have applied to both CDI and YBM ECC. I've heard good things about CDI, but don't know too much about YBM ECC. Are they still accepting applicants?

Of course they can back out of the contract with you still out of country.

ECC is a big hakwon franchises. The hakwons and chains are always hiring.

I was with Kotra in LA. I don't want to give out the person's name though, because he was actually a good person that I got to know. It was more of the company itself that screwed me over.
