I originally applied to EPIK, but was shifted towards SMOE due to a large amount of applicants. After going through the process with SMOE, I received my Contract and sent all my documents. While waiting for my NOA, my recruiter tells me that my contract has been rejected by SMOE and I am no longer being considered as an applicant for both EPIK and SMOE. Can they do this? The contract was signed by both parties and it's about 2-3 weeks until everyone departs. I prepared myself both mentally and physically for this, only to be shot down by both of them. Can anyone help me in this situation.
Because of this, I have applied to both CDI and YBM ECC. I've heard good things about CDI, but don't know too much about YBM ECC. Are they still accepting applicants? |

I was with Kotra in LA. I don't want to give out the person's name though, because he was actually a good person that I got to know. It was more of the company itself that screwed me over. |
