Since June 2009, I've increased my regular exercise from 4 times a week to every day.

I've cut out virtually all sugary/fatty/unhealthy food/drink. The last time I weighed myself before June 2009, was in April 2008.

I was 64 kgs then, that was 10 stone and 1 pound.

I've just weighed myself about 5 minutes ago. I am now 57 kgs/8 stone and 13 pounds. Laughing

I'm 5 ft 6 inches small. Laughing

I've lost 16 pounds/1 stone and 2 pounds in 2 months!

1 stone = 14 pounds

1kg = 2.2 pounds

Do your maths?

So from kg to stones you can convert your kg into pounds first... say mine - I was at the hospital and they weighed me in at 52kg. 52*2.2=114.4 pounds. 114.4/14=8.17 stones.

HTH.
