I just got my PS3 and I need some decent RPGs to play. I don't want Oblivion as I have it for PC and really don't like it. |

If you don't like Oblivion then you aren't really cut out for RPG's.
It's the epitome of RPGs. Try it again. |

How about a new game where you play a foreigner teaching in Korea, based on the old "Leisure-suit Larry" game?
Here's the write-up I read online:
Quote: |
"Standing at a curb just outside of the Incheon airport, you are Harry the Canadian liberal arts graduate. After a long and harrowing 12 hour flight, leaving your McDonald's job and college debt behind, you find yourself in a strange land fraught with danger, love, broken contracts, and excitement.
With only 100,000 won in your pocket, from the moment you jump into your first speeding cab (experts will know to take the bus and save money) you'll find yourself immersed in a wild experience that Gamer magazine calls, "The spiciest new RPG to date."
As Hagwon Harry, you'll need to earn your keep as an English teacher, where you first enter the classroom as a rockstar, but soon find yourself being ddongchimmed by pesky 9 year-old Bum-Suk (every time you do so, you lose teacher credit points). Earn extra credit through clever negotiation with the boss after he changes the contract. Secure cash through private lessons from strangers, but be careful of the occasional immigration official posing as a desperate homemaker!
Dance to the rhythm at a bar in Hongdae, and if your skills are impressive, you may find yourself visiting a Yagwon with some company for the evening. But don't despair if you're taps aren't up to snuff! There's always Itaewon's "Hooker Hill" waiting to bleed you of your cash.
With experience, you'll be able to move up the English teacher food chain, from hagwon to public school to university, and enjoy all of the fringe benefits of a higher-ranking status at the local clubs. Earn enough money to help mark learn Korean, or finish-off an MA for a top-ranked position Ehwa, where you'll be surrounded by attractive, friendly, intelligent students who would never guess you used to wash lettuce for a living.
It's the top RPG of 2009! Don't miss Hagwon Harry!" |

Oh, yes, that is one of the reasons I bought the PS3 (I also got it for a steal of a price!). I can't wait for FFXIII. |

Get a life. I've read your recent posts and you haven't said anything to contribute to anyone's post. It seems all you do is go through threads and troll.
OP,
Lots of interesting RPG's coming out for PS3. Valkyria Chronicles, Eternal Sonata, White knight chronicles, Last Remnant to name a few. |

Yeah, I've been reading about those. Nothing has really peaked my interest, yet. I'll keep reading about them. Thanks! |

Do you want traditional JRPG or do you mind SRPG? There's a few games out there like Disgaea 3, VC, Cross edge (X-edge), Folklord, Eternal Sonata, and Vespera is coming out pretty soon.
Western RPGs aren't bad either like Fallout 3 and Oblivion. |

Demon's Souls! A JRPG without pedo-style art. The multiplayer is truly unique. Awesome game.
Get the Korean version now (with full English support) or wait for the NA release in October. |
