On August 20th:
After you arrive at the Incheon Airport, you go to Floor 1 of the airport and go to the EPIK Registration Booth No. 43. After registering and showing your visa, you will be shuttled to the Orientation venue. The Orientation is held in Seoul at the National Institute for International Education (NIIED) at 43 Ihwajang-gil, Jongno-gu. The bus will be shuttling from 9:00 to 24:00.
