Anyone here know anyone involved with that outdoors exercise group Seoul Synergy? I checked out their website but it seems pretty badly out of date, and there's no 'contact' info. listed.
Any tip-offs appreciated. |

| I guess they're still going. Three or four weekend mornings over the last few months I have been passed by a peloton of them while I'm running. About 8:00ish on north side of Han River near Oksu Station - not hard to miss either - bunch of wickedly-fit lookin' foreign dudes going a billion miles an hour in Time Trial position, decked out in team colours. |

If anyone else here knows about swimming distances in wetsuits and where to get hold of lubricant locally, that'd be helpful too... |
