I bought this 1 year ago at Costco to record my parent's trip to Korea. After that, I have hardly used it, so I am deciding to sell it here.

Original price was 750,000 at Costco.

Here is a Gmarket link:
http://www.gmarket.co.kr/challenge/neo_goods/goods.asp?goodscode=122320952&pos_shop_cd=SH&pos_class_cd=111111111&pos_class_kind=T&keyword_order=sony++dcr%2Dsr62&search_keyword=sony%20%20dcr-sr62

Here are the review/specs:
http://reviews.cnet.com/digital-camcorders/sony-handycam-dcr-sr62/4505-6500_7-32306184.html

25x optical zoom
HDD - records to the built-in hard disk, no need for tapes etc.

In like-new condition. No scratches on the body or screen. Very small and light. Comes with original box, camera, software, docking station (for charging, transferring video/pictures)

Price: 550,000 won OBO
Live in Yongin. Can meet here, in Suwon, or in Kangnam
Can also ship the camera at the buyer's expense (about 5,000 won)

Thank you

The record button is located on the back of the camera, next to the battery. It's very easy to use.

That's actually a good price. Did you have to get a separate hard drive to burn dvds like the link says?

No, the camera has a built-in hard drive which stores a lot of video. You can upload the video straight to your computer, then burn it to DVD if you want. I did this when I recorded my parents' trip to Korea.

The zoom is really nice too, 25x optical.

I hate to spliff you, but your technology is simply obsolete. A hunnert-dollar HD pocket cam offers a better picture than that thing. (690K is like, soo 2002) When this first came out about 5 years ago, 30 gigs was a respectable amount of storage, and HD camcorders were unfathomable. Any sensible person today would spend an extra 100 bucks and get an HD cam. Just a thought. But don't despair -- a sucker might come along. Good luck with your sale.
