Seriously though, in Korea, all you gotta do is walk up and say hello, and start chatting about absolutely anything and see where it goes. Because of the language barrier, you can get away with saying incredibly stupid and un-smooth stuff. So it's really more about how you look and act and our vibe.

I've been told numerous times that in Korean culture strangers don't approach strangers and especially so on the street. You need to be introduced.

This is why booking exists... the waiter is the introducer. This is why jazz club exist, the rules are relaxed for hostesses.

Booking is paying some guy $50 to drag random girls off the dance floor to your table. You don't meet girls you want to marry at a night club.

a recent article about it suggested otherwise. a Korean girl interviewed suggested that sometimes even a marriage results (though yes, it's more often used for short term encounters)

the reason men are interested in women is their sparkling personalities and their constant need to talk about what we're feeling. We also like crying, whining and shopping.

TRUE! except for somewhat radical feminist portions of the NA populace who actively suppress any sex appeal and recoil/take offense at what is even meant to be a fairly innocent appearance compliment.

Do you know what "radical" feminism is? A huge part of the feminist struggle is gaining the ability for women to have sex, enjoy sex, admit to enjoying sex, actively pursue sex, talk openly about sex... etc. etc. etc.

Or did you mean that you prefer it when women act innocent and chaste while you drool all over them without suffering any consequences? Because that's something a radical feminist (and most women, regardless of political persuasion) would probably object to.
