hey guys i looked around but couldn't find much using the search option so I thought I would ask. Im on a f-4 visa, almost 3 months into a 1-year contract. A fellow teacher told me I could drop the contract, but I haven't heard of that. Basically, I want to transfer to another location but I am not sure if it is possible and I am trying to gather up some info before I make a request. |

Because you have an F-4, just give notice and go. |

is there a certain amount of time I have to wait before I can leave? I don't remember seeing anything in the contract about that. Technically, am I not breaking the contract because there are a couple negatives I would have to deal with if so. Sorry for the questions, I really don't know anything about this. |

as cruisemonkey said: you have a f-4, your visa is not tied to that hakwon, put in a notice and go. Different story with PS, they have might long arms. |
