I'm sure it's been done before, but no time like the present.

I myself am a hite man.

OB. If you include the slightly more different beer types I also liked Cafri better

Men, the answer is obvious. Give the beer a rest. Switch to Jinro Original. That's my brand. It shant let you down.

straight jinro from 9pm-8am straight ajushi style

cafri is one of the worst beers on the planet, cant get down a bottle of that, and wont even get you drunk, at least bad tasting liquors can do that.

Cafri is decent if you like really light beers. Asahi is better.

I drink Cass, because it's often the cheapest. I would rather drink Hite when I can.

Hite's the shite. In a good way. OB smells like weed and tastes like butt. Cass is ok but I'll generally only drink it at a chicken and hof. Max is probably my fav of the big brand domestics.

Both "beers" should be avoided at all costs.

I started my gig in Korea down south, where the default beer was Hite. Move to Seoul and find out Cass seems to be the water de jour.

Still fond of the Ha-i-tuh!

Same stuff, different bottle.

But for some reason I always drink Cass or Max.

Tough one to gauge. Hite if and only if it's very cold. Slightly chilled it gives off a strong yeast smell.

Cass. It's there I spose. Can't tell it from OB.

Both are pretty bloody horrible really.

Prime Max is Ok.

Cass Red, Hite S (shit yourself fitter!), Capri are all vague kinds of punishment.

Do this blind taste test and post your results: http://forums.eslcafe.com/korea/viewtopic.php?t=160924

Of the three majors:

1. Hite
2. Cass
3. OB

Black Stout is better than all of those, but it's not good enough to put Korea on the map (the beer map, that is).

Cass is like Miller, Hite is like Budweiser. They're both horrible beers but i like the taste of Hite better.

It's all subjective. If you like Coors Light, that's your right!

I like Cafri if it's hot out and I want something light with supper. Anytime else I'll take Hite.

But the choices are better in Korea lately. There's Hoegaarden, Zipfer, and I even saw Leffe recently. Lots to pick from.
