I need to contact an English-speaking lawyer in Korea. My former hagweon director has refused to respond to any of my requests for back salary, and I am ready to take action against him.
I have an itemization of my last pay, with 1.2 million won deducted for another person's airfare and apartment expenses. Speaking to other people who have won salary battles against their former directors, it sounds like I can't lose this one.
I'm currently in Bangkok, doing some editing work. I can afford a retainer for a reputable attorney in Seoul or preferably Daegu, if someone could suggest one to me.
Thanks in advance. |

By the way, I will be stopping in Korea for a week or so on the way home later this year, if it's necessary. |

Have you checked out the list of English speaking attourneys provided by the US embassy?
You can find them at the link below.

Well, it is funny how they can't spell attorneys. |
