http://eng.sen.go.kr/ English

Join the SMOE group on EFL Classroom 2.0 and get all the direct phone numbers / websites / addresses / names of officials, supervisors etc....
Also, the site I run for teacher trainers in SMOE http://setiteachers.ning.com

You'll also need all the handbooks etc available on EFL Classroom 2.0. This list of all the major bookmarks for Korea will come in handy.
