Korea has yet to understand the concept of a GRILLED chicken BREAST.

which means no Korean "chicken" for me.

Ew, boneless chicken breast meat is dryest and blandest meat possible, except turkey breast. The flavor of meat is in the skin, fat, and bones. You, sir, have no taste!

the skin, fat and bones are what makes one look like John Goodman and Roseanne.

beautiful couple, aren't they?

anyways, I hate the skin and the fat tastewise and actually love the taste of the good/healthy stuff, so it works out nicely for me Very Happy

if you know where I can get some grilled chicken in Korea outside of a place like Outback which will charge me 20K won for it, let me know.

btw since we've established that Koreans don't understand grilled chicken.

I have another question.

Koreans are big lovers of seafood.

Do they understand grilled fish?
preferably fairly large and BONELESS???

I've yet to find it.

I've bought boneless salmon in the supermarket, though it's a bit expensive of course. I wish filets were more common in restaurants though. I'll even take the bones, as long as I can get a good sized piece.

No, it's the SIZE of the pieces of meat that Americans eat that makes us look like John Goodman and Roseanne.

There's a good reason why Koreans take what you or I would consider a normal-sized steak, cut it up with scissors, and serve it to four people. Humans aren't supposed to eat that much meat.

you have a point about general portion control but in your specific example , I easily eat that much meat.
and I'm not fat.

and that's why they snap their necks when I am at my most muscular (with no roids used on my end)

The local kebab place imports their chicken from Brazil, at nearly double the price of Korean chicken.

He used to use Korean chicken, but apparently many people said it didn't taste very good. Go figure.

Kyochon chicken is pretty good. I like their Red Hot wings.

The Spicy Yangyum chicken at BBQ is excellent if you like some fire.

Home Chicken's baked Spicy Garlic Wings are good if you like oven baked wings.

I really like Donkey Chicken, but there isn't one close to me. As for Fried Chicken, I'd have to go with USA's KFC original recipe. I like to eat original recipe chicken with Rice and Kimchi. Something about the saltiness of the chicken + rice + the kimchi make it delicious.

Of course, back home I would gladly eat it with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy.
