...walking after eating?

I have read articles for and against it.

I have always heard that it helps the food to digest. Recently I learned that digestion is a pretty intensive process and the body does it best when at rest. So I guess the answer may be to rest after a meal to allow the food to digest then walk later to burn off the calories.

They missed one: Don't drink water.

Why?

Because it's a proven, indisputable fact that EVERYONE who drinks water will eventually die.

I read once you should lay DOWN after eating to aid digestion. This is the worst thing ever! If I lay down within 30 minutes after eating a meal, I get terrible palpitations!

I thought it was healthier to take a walk before eating.

I read a recent article that said 10 out of 10 people will die.

Wait a ten or fifteen minutes after eating, grab yourself a beer, and walk to your heart's content.

I think it's always best to just tsit and relax and let the food digestion process first otherwise you might get indigestion if you walk straight after eating.

But really, whatever feels right is usually what your body wants you to do (no guys, don't go there...)

Depends on the type of restaurant. Some you'll sit and drink something like tea, along with fruit and a smoke as you loosen your belt a bit. Others you'll leave as soon as you're done.
