My sister and her husband will be visiting Korea soon and I want them to visit the DMZ. I did the USO tour many years ago and thought it was great. It was arranged by an American friend.

I went to to the website which said something about arriving at Camp Kim early in the morning. Well they are Kiwis. Not much chance of getting on base.

I found a ton of millitary contact numbers. But where do I call as a civilian.

The USO is located in Camp Kim, yes, but anyone can walk into the USO. They will not need IDs to get in. You may need the ID for the tour, though. I'm pretty sure that the tours are open for many different nationalities. I just went on the DMZ tour again in May, and am sure that there were some people from the UK on our tour.
