I have a well used bread machine which is still in very good condition. I am the original owner, bought new about 2.5 years ago. Makes a loaf of bread in about 3 hours and can be preset so you wake up to the smell and taste of fresh bread in the morning
It's a Kaiser Patissier 365, although the accompanying cookbook (in Korean except for my translated notes into English) says it's either
KMB 3000/3001/3002.
Included in the sale are the following:
*Bread Machine + cookbook (as above)
*Organic Whole Wheat Flour (Bob's Red Mill) 2.26kg/5lbs - unopened but can't find an expiry date on the packaging.
*Organic Dark Rye Flour (Bob's Red Mill) 1kg - unopened and expiry 2010.03.24
*Instant yeast - 125g, opened but barely used.
*Milk powder
*Bread Mix addition

Basically all you need is the above ingredients + white flour + water + sugar + salt + butter and you have all you need for homemade bread.

Send me an email at [email protected] and we can organize a good time for you to come by. It wouldn't be too difficult to carry all - bread machine in one big bag one hand (weighs 5.4kg), other bits in another. Or I can arrange taekbae delivery which would be at buyers expense, either 5 or 6000 won for that size. Hope that helps!
