The yoga instructors were both trained in classical yoga in the United States. Their class is an integral system, based on the Sivananda asana sequence. The aim of the class is to create a peaceful mind and a practice which extends beyond the class. Therefore, the principles of meditation and mindfulness are both taught and practiced in the class.

Having two teachers, students will get much personal attention. Moreover, though the class will be taught in English, both English and Korean explanations are available to the students. Any student, from the beginner to the advanced, may practice happily in this class.

It's every Saturday, from 2-4 PM, at the Migliore in Seomyeon. It costs 10,000 for the two hour class. You get access to the club's saunas and gym equiptment. Yoga mats are available, but it is best to bring your own, as the club's are a little short and thick. You must bring your own clothing.

To get to Migliore, go to Seomyeon and Exit #6. Follow the nearest road (across which is exit eight) up for one block. The Migliore is a large building, easy to spot. Club Chicago is on the 5th floor.

Cool. It's a good way to make good, healthy friendships, too. I think I noticed that you were new to Busan?

Nevertheless, I'm not sure how the initial turn out will be, but we've done this before and had a good, solid group.

Is this class still running? I did the search on facebook for Busan yoga, but no joy.
