It accepts 240v, 220v, 200v, and 110v as inputs (you can select which one) and the cord is the standard 2 plug Korean one.
It has two outputs-- one at 110v (standard american outlet) and one at 220v (standard Korean outlet). The output plugs accept either the standard american plug or Korean plugs.
I paid $30 + shipping for it in America. I am leaving in 2 days so I'll sell it for 15,000 won.
