Hmm...sounds like someone is worried about getting busted. If you don't have any drugs in your system or any dangerous communicable diseases you'll be fine. If the doctor finds a health issue (high cholesterol, for example) they will talk with you to get it treated. If you're on prescriptions from your home country, bring the prescription with you and inform the doctor.

They have the drug test, the std test, and a tb test. Positive on anything they test for that is required for your ARC and you will be denied.

Its kind of embarrassing, but what if someone caught "the clap" 5 months before leaving for S. Korea? It has been treated and cured with antibiotics within two weeks of first signs of the STI, but I am scared that if they find out I have had this in the past they will send me home or it will prevent me from getting hired if it shows up on my health exam as something I have had in the past year, despite it having been treated for. Should this be something I should be worried about?

you have nothing, you're fine. if asked if you've had it, the answer is no.

you dont have to get a physical before you leave the US? I thought you had to.

It's generally a good idea to know if you will get rejected once flying half way around the world...
