I saw it in the Korean Herald under the foreigner section.

They are now voting for their president.

They are up to 800 members.

Who are you voting for?

I think you mean could as in possibility. Like if you put a little hat on a snowball it lasts longer in Hell. From what I've seen so far they haven't shown the judgment which would indicate that they have the ability to do good.

Which is good, because that would violate his visa if he or she is on an E2. As we all know immigration is pretty leery even about volunteer work. I hope the president hopefuls have secured the necessary permission.
