I usually order protein powder from http://www.mass119.com with no problems. Unfortunately, the protein I ordered on August 4th, and paid for in the morning of August 5th, still hasn't arrived. I've contacted the site, but they don't have any record of my payment. Anyway, I have bank evidence of course so I'm in the process of fighting it (and won't be ordering from them again without an apology and explanation).
In the meantime though, I'm getting pretty desperate for some casein protein (again, not whey). I could order from http://www.bodybuilding.com but the shipping is expensive. Does anyone know another site I can order casein protein powder from? Thanks! |

| Thanks, but they don't seem to have any casein protein; just whey. Besides, I want to avoid paying int'l shipping rates, so sites based in Korea (like mass119) are better. |

check out www.iherb.com
they have all kinds of protein powder and supplements. just as an fyi if you just order protein powder i don't believe you'll have a problem but if you order any supplements like vitamin c or something your shipment will get delayed cause they'll want your ARC number and a reason why.
I made this mistake the first time I ordered so the second time I just contacted customer service with my order number provided them with my ARC number and explained I was a foriegner so finding stuff in Korea was difficult for me and it was for my own personal use. They forwarded it onto the Korean express shipping service and I got my stuff within a week. The first time though, even with the hold up, only took 2 1/2 weeks.
But shipping is pretty reasonable and I think the prices are pretty good. |

| also, if your in the seoul area, go to namdaeumun - the buildings around gate 1 have basements filled with western goods, mostly health supplements and liquor. |
