I recently got a letter about how much was in the pension fund and i just wondered, my contract finishes in 3 days and i have accepted another job, if i dont get the pension refunded before the end of my current contract, can i get it at the end of my second contract or do i need to get it before i finish my current contract?

Don't worry. You can get it at the end of your 2nd contract or whenever you have a plane ticket out of Korea after a contract ends.

ok thanks, and i have also previously worked at a hagwon but i went home before my second contract, is it still possible to get the refund from this job if i went to my home country without getting the refund?

In fact, what I was told 3 years ago when I got mine back was that it's actually not supposed to be refunded until you leave Korea for good. However, they did give me mine, even though I'm sure the lady I talked to figured I'd likely be back, since my Korean girlfriend was with me at the time.
So, yes, you can get all of your pension back, whenever you apply for it, although you need to have an airplane ticket in hand when you apply.
