How do I get my hands on a bank statement? I'm with KEB, but there doesn't appear to be an option in English to print off your statement. I think I may have been underpaid by my PS, but I just wanted to double check how much has gone in before I pipe up about it.

Cheers

That seems too sensible Wink

I was going to do that, but the bank was shut by the time school finished. I thought there might have been an option to do it at the ATM. I'll take a trip down to KEB during my lunch tomorrow.

Thanks

Take your bank book. Put it into the KEB ATM. Select "English" on the ATM. Push "Update Passbook".

Keep doing it until your bankbook is fully updated.

Indeed, can't you just look at your bank book. Otherwise, open internet banking press CTRL + P.

Definitely get internet banking ASAP. Best/easiest way to check the ins and outs.

the only way to get a statement is to use the account book they gave you when you opened up your account.
they dont have statements in the sense as we know it.

you can also wait until the end of the month. keb should send you a monthly balance including all the positions youve paid for with the card.
