Hey steve, I think most of the stuff they want you to have for the program is available at Dongdaemun stadium area where all the wholesale and retail sports stores are located. Of course, if you have any Korean friends, you should order everything online because they'll deliver everything to your door. Except for the supplement - it might not be available here in the ROK.

I downloaded the three dvd set and watched a bit of it a few months ago, but haven't started the program yet - lazy haha
