If you are concerned about the flu season (September to late November)

and specifically the Swine Flu, watch this video. It is enlightening.



High dosages of Vitamin D are a great fight against the flu. Avoid the vaccine, it will do more harm than good.

Actually, the vaccine is still recommended for children and the elderly. Everyone else, go outside! Given the high rates of vitamin D deficiency here, one might expect a major influenza outbreak come the autumn.

PS: Eisenstein is a crank. Instead of wasting an hour listening to the radio shows, go read PubMed.
