| Hi! I just arrived in Incheon and am looking for yoga classes in the area (Yeonsu il dong), preferably hot "power" yoga. Does anyone know of any? I've heard of some in Seoul, but I was hoping for something a bit more local. Any info would be amazing! Thanks. |

I've yet to meat a Korean yoga instructor that doesn't think sitting around hitting and beating yourself isn't yoga. That's what Korean style yoga seems to involve. I'd personally love a yoga studio but have yet to find one worth spending money on. I just use the various DVDs I've got on hand.
They seem to do Pilates a bit better. Have you tried it? |

I've seen a hot yoga studia sign near Incheon Arts Center subway stop. |
