This has been sitting in my house for 5 months.
It came from a co-workers friend at work and had the 3 rings.
The owner did a midnight run. I couldn't get in touch with the guy until now. He said I could do whatever I wanted with it since he no longer wants it.
No HDD
Just the tower itself and power cable. It had red rings before I fixed it but has run for the past 5 months perfectly. I checked it once a week.

Considering this Xbox has RRODed once already, and its modded so no longer under warranty, its only a matter of time before it gets bricked.
OP, to help your sale, I'd post some pics of it working. |

How about a 6 month warranty. 
(My Korean Modded Xbox red ringed more than a year and a half ago but after replacing the crap clamps it hasn't had a problem.)
