Okay my work pc is on the way out. My boss has asked me to pick one out and he will buy it, but heres the catch, he is as cheap as a very cheap thing. budget is about 200-250,000 (already have a monitor)and I have no idea what to look for.

All I will be running is word 2007, browsers and pdfs. I don't need a lot of space. Will probably run a downloaded xp or give windows 7 a shot.

so what do I need

2 gigs ram,
120 hard drive
300w psu
don't need a video card

I have no idea about cpus

any help you could provide would be amazing

or if you could link a pre-built system (fingers crossed)
