Do you feel important when......you post a new thread, it receives many views and lots of replies? Does it make you feel fantastic?

I've noticed my threads tend to receive many views and sometimes many replies.

I sometimes view my own threads too.

Do you think that is pathetic or is it human nature to like and enjoy success?

(Or am I posting this to sound clever when the truth is I have no class this afternoon?!!)

Do you also feel some people just post so they can use the smiley icon repeatedly?!!

It's the opposite for me. Sometimes I get the strange feeling that I am a thread killer. At those times I am thankful for the anonymity.

i feel good when i get lots of replies. its kind of like going up to a group of people and saying...stones or beatles, 1,2, 3....and then an hour long discussion ensues.
