Good sized apartment available for rent. Bathroom, Kitchen and a reasonably sized living space. The place is centrally located just a 3 minute walk from Shin NonHyun Station and 5 minutes from KyoboTower. It is near all the fun in Kangnam. The room is large enough to fit a queen sized bed and a small desk.

The owner was willing to leave the washer in my room, so I see no reason why she would change her mind, but that's ultimately up to her. Boiler works well.

Deposit: 5,000,000 won
Rent: 510,000 won
Water: Unlimited 5,000 won. Other utlities not included.
Other utilities usually add up to about 60,000 won but it depends on usage.

Move - in: Sept30th/Oct 1st.
