Hi,
I have been doing some research and a lot of jobs in Korea seem to require a TEFL certificate and a degree.
I have a 3rd Class Hons Bsc.
Do you think that this will be OK when I also get a TEFL cert? |

| I don't think they really care about grades for English teachers so long as you have the degree. |

I bet a lot of yanks over there have the equivalent of a third class degree.
It won't stop you getting a job there - what will stop you is being British - they prefer Americans in this current climate. |

| Your degree is fine - you don't need a TEFL cert to get a job here, but it would help if you're a first-time teacher. Your choice. |

Yeah... but a bloody pome will probably try to teach K-kids why the Treaty of Waitangi should have been in writing. |

| It is in writing. Original copies have survived. |

You say survived when you mean in pieces. |
