Hello people:
Has anyone here tried or heard of anyone travelling between these two cities using this method? I wish to save the travel costs between the two cities and other than train (which isn't a possibility) I've considered getting to Korea by boat. Please share your thoughts. |

Not sure, Seoul Harbor is a shady place, filled with Ukrainian sailors and Tanzanian hyena fur coat sellers, best to watch your belongings if you go there.
Alternatively, you could just fly from Pudong International to Incheon International as ticket prices from China to Korea (and vice-versa) are pretty cheap. |

as far as I know there is no longer a ferry running between Shanghai and Korea, I think the only international ferries go to Japan from Shanghai these days.

| There used to be a passenger boat from Mokpo, Cheollanamdo to somewhere in China once a week. Don't know if it still runs. Give the International Passenger Ship Terminal a call-- 061-242-6633. Don't know if they speak Englishee, though. Good luck |
