| I hope we see many more law suits of this kind in Korea throughout a variety of industries. Its sorely needed. Does this lawsuit have any chance of success I wonder. |

A step in the right direction.
I wonder what the Statute of Limitation for a law suit like this is in Korea. Does anyone know?
I am a little surprised they can bring a law suit up almost 3 years after the fact, that's all. |
