I've got a ton of apps, it depends what you need.
Daum Maps is good for finding bus routes if you're out and about.
The cheap korean/eng dictionaries are cheap. Many people recommend that cole zhu one, but I felt ripped off. It is less comprehensive than my phone dictionary.
Sure it has Korean to korean definitions of stuff, but that is somewhat useless. I've found a few words that are in my phone dictionary that don't have english translations in the cole zhu one. None of the verb endings like ㅂ니다, or some of the less common ones are translated at all which my phone provides.

There is an app called wingbus that has restaurant recommendations all around seoul.

Facebook, janggi, gostop, dictionary.com has a free english/thesaurus (synonyms only)

stanza is a free book reader which is pretty good.
Skype (with earphones that have a mic) and a flashcard app called "Flashcards" it lets you make the flashcards on their website and import them. Its good because you don't have to type them in on the touch.

For wifi, look in the technology forum for info on the wibro and egg.

This question does not belong here. It is quite obviously a technology
related question.
