I applied for my criminal background check and just got the form back with all my writing and with a stamp saying I have no criminal record. This from is from the state of New Hampshire.

Is this good enough? Is this what most people's look like?

Are fingerprints a new requirement or are you applying for an F visa or something different than an E2?

Is this just for first timers?

Some states require fingerprints for a background check. Some give you a choice of fingerprints or no fingerprints. The fingerprint check is not required by Korea, so if given the choice, no fingerprint checks are faster and cheaper.

Mine says 'The state of Ohio has found no criminal background for the above named' and they took it no questions. Aweful expensive piece of paper though isn't it!

So mine is just the form on the bottom filled out by me (not typed) with a stamp saying I have a no record. What do you think?
