| I don't know the average price, but my friend pays 1,000,000 won a month (800K rent and 200K maintenance) to rent a place very close to Coex. It is a decent sized studio and her building has a doorman, which contributes to the large maintenance fee. I don't know how much key money she put down. I pay 700,000 won (incl. maintenance) for a smaller studio in a villa in Daechi-dong. My key money is 5 mil. |
