I was working in Korea for the last 2 1/2 years and due to problems with my last employer (I won't get into here) I was fired and left the country in August. Now the job I was fired from was supposed to last until March. So, my question is do I have a wait period before I can apply for jobs in Korea again or can I return immediately?
Thanks for any help you can provide. |

It depends on whether or not your employer cancelled your visa. If he did, you can come back any time; if he didn't, you will have to wait until next March before you can apply for another visa. |

Only Immigration would know. You'd have to call them and ask. |
