Michael Moore is back! New movie! This should also be a good one. I loved Sicko. It was packed with good information. We'll see about this one.

I'm a big fan of Moore - but I think maybe I'll have to wait until a DVD's released. It's not going to be on in Korea I presume?

I love how Moore riles up the conservatives. You can tell he really gets to them, because they always resort to insulting him about his weight.

This one will be interesting......I know the bankers etc who caused the latest economic crisis were hoping that people would start to forget about their role in all this........this film should keep the justified anger against the fat-cats alive.

If you're actually interested in documentaries you should probably look elsewhere.

I like Micheal Moore for the same reason I like Bill Oreilly and Rush Limbaugh - they say things that others are afraid to. That said, I always try to keep in mind that I am getting "their" side of the story - read propaganda and not a lot of dissenting opinions. I would rate Sicko as the best Michael Moore to date and Fareignheight 911 as the worst. Moore's biggest fault is that he paints one side as the siants and his target as the sinners and while there is truth to e found in all of it, he fails to acknowledgelots of hyspocrisy in his own arguments.

There you are........you guys always attack him for his weight.

Don't you have good arguments about his opinions?

Rush Limbaugh is pretty chubby. Do you hear many liberals attack him about his weight?

Yeah, here's one: he tries to pass off his movies as "documentaries," when they're not.

I wouldn't have a problem with MM if he'd just be honest in his presentation.

I've seen him in an interview catagorically say he has never described his films as documentaries. They are opinion pieces.

Anyway, as an informed and educated viewer, you should be able to see them for what they are.

Ah, but you see, Michael Moore has been a very vocal opponent of conspicuous consumption. Can't get much more conspicuous than a 50-inch waist.

I think Michael Moore is just being Michael Moore. He's not pretentious at all. He has that man-on-the-street average Joe look with the t-shirts and baseball caps. His films are "Here's how I see things."

CNN gives him a lot of time to speak his mind and while CNN used to try to take him down, they actually say nice things about him now. I guess it's because when they tried last time, he told them off live on TV and embarrassed them with his wit and knowledge. Check it out for yourself.

Then why are his movies constantly up for an Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature? Bowling for Columbine even won in 2002.

True that, even though getting ultra-left/liberal Hollywood to fawn all over you is not exactly a great accomplishment.

The dishonest tricks employed by MM are well-documented.

Anyone with a net worth in the tens of millions of dollars, sends his kids to exclusive private schools(wouldn't want his offspring rubbing shoulders w/the proles, now would he?), etc., and produces grandstanding propaganda about evil capitalism is the ultimate ingrate and a gigantic pile of dung.

Ultra-left? Is anyone one in America ultra-left?? Pol Pot was ultra-left....got any Hollywood people giving props to Pol Pot?

It seem pretty simple to me that Moore has no problem with controlled and regulated capitalism......like all western liberals.......it's the out of control stuff that happened recently which is the problem.
