laptop tv tuner for use in Korea

so I have no experience with televisions in Korea(haven't had one since I arrived as I don't have a tv).

I'm heading back to the USA and grabbing a new laptop, Sager 9850http://www.sagernotebook.com/product_customed.php?pid=188463.

my question is, will any tv tuner card work with the cable television jacks here? I also have no experience with tv tuner cards, never needed one before.
