Has anyone gotten it to work?

I don't order often, but tried 3 times in 3 months never worked. Mac/PC, 4 different browsers. I try to register, I input my ARC number and nothing happens.

Maybe I need to have a Korean system with IE 5 and XP???

It worked for me and I have English XP [IE ver 8]. Did have some problems with figuring out the credit card security encryption software. It's in Korean even when you select 'In English' (only a modicum of English when you click on 'English') and had to do this in admin mode then went back to my user mode in XP and everything appears ok, though I haven't actually ordered (sent it but was too late at the time). Never had a problem with getting confirmation after inputting my ARC number. Double check that you have your name and number exactly as shown on your ARC.

As roknroll said, it is important that you list your name exactly as it appears on your ARC. For instance, John Edward Smith would probably be SMITH JOHN EDWARD on the ARC.

my problem seems to have been that i wasn;t including the dash in the ID number.

Prior to that it was security software from what I can tell.

pesky little dash.

Also, many times you have to take out the spaces. So you would actually type, "SMITHJOHNEDWARD
