Needles scare me. I know we have to get a bloodtest done once we get to Korea but do we have to get any blood tests or shots in the physical exam before we leave the US?

Unless something has changed recently, there is no physical exam required before leaving the US. You just have to fill out a health statement.

Just when you get here.

And to make you feel better, I'm terrified of needles as well. I was hysterical when they were trying to take my blood and I almost passed out.
