I've just been told by a NZ solicitor that he can't notarise my uni degrees unless I'm present. (I sure don't want to fly back to NZ just to get a signature and stamp.)
Has any Kiwi had their documents notarised in absentia - and if so, with which notary public??????
Any info / help appreciated. |

Contact the NZ embassy in Seoul and see what they say.
I'm sure there's some way around it. |
