why not keep a thread going related to the "coolest game on earth" (isn't that just a lame slogan?)
Anyway, as the great man said, hope springs eternal, so I fully believe that this is the year that the CUP makes it's march down Robson Street, come June. Of course, no money will be placed on this bold prediction!
The Canucks are loaded on D, have a great goalie, (not counting the last game they played last year - I still can't believe Louie let in 7!) and a capable offense. Also, the NW looks weak this year, so they should be able to pick up some divisional points. What I am most looking forward to is watching some of the prospects. For the first time in a while, the Nucks have some decent young guns; Hodgson, Shirokov (sp?) and Raymond - just a tragedy that Bourdon isn't there to be a part of it.
