It's possible to read that into the article, but it didn't focus on them being contagious, just on their health. Besides, it's in English; how many Koreans are even going to read it?
Unless there's a Korean language version that focuses on how risky it is for the population at large to have illegal workers in the country, blaming foreigners without casting any blame on their employers... |

| 63% of foreigners in Korea are illegal? I'd like to see some more statistics and research on this article. Something doesn't smell right. |
