I think Steve Shertzer started this trend. I can imagine how bored his students must be. No games just listen and repeat.

Isn't that your amazing style fish, let the Korean teacher push you in the corner and when you get your 5 minutes it's listen and repeat.

It used to be like that. Now I do most of my teaching alone. No more stupid text book English like"Drinking Soda Pop is harmful to our bodies."
