Is it me?........My allergies have been going crazy for the past week. The worst in years. Is anyone else feeling the same?
Does anyone know if there is a good allergy report like they have in Canada/ the U.S. about what allergens are in the air. I recently found out that i do have a bad allergy to mugwort af all things. |

Cetirizine is sold in pharmacies here. I need to get some. Been sneezing in the mornings and eyes felt itchy. |

Loratadine is the only one for me, but even it can't cope at times.
It's not OTC yet in Korea, so I need to get a prescription or order of Ebay.
Exercise and try changing diet for a few days, to notice foods which lower trigger points.
Many cereals and liquids traditionally served with them make things difficult for my body. |

Where are you guys located in Korea?
I hear yellow dust isn't as bad the farther south you are.
I might be moving to Korea during spring next year, can anyone give me some advise as to a good rural region with job opportunities? |

I caught a cold or a sinus infection a week ago. As of writing this, I still have so much sinus pressure my left eyeball and left molars feel like they'll pop out of my head. Can't wait to face a full day with 4 hours of sleep! |

Rinse your nose out with salt water. I know it sounds weird, but it really works. |

Had a sneezing fit this morning .
-7C outside and the heater blasting in the staffroom. As soon as I sat down, I got up to out for some sneezes.
I never wore my mask this morning.
I normally wear a paper mask to protect my nose from the cold and dry morning air.
I try and sleep with it on, especially around dawn and wear it till I've been in school for about 30 mins. I find it a real treat for my nose, and after a few days it can become less sensitive.
Try it, but avoid the fabric masks as they may trigger itching or sneezing. |
