Hey guys, can anyone help me with this. So i've got a 360 and a net connection that plugs straight into my wall. no router or anything. Anyways I got this Xbox about 3 months ago new from Yongsan and have never been on Xbox live before.. Now before i can connect it says that it needs to install an update. It starts downloading the update, but then cancels and says it cannot be downloaded go to xbox.com/support (or xbox.com/update or xbox.com/setup)- which, of course, is no help. If i run a test all of the connections, ipc, Mac etc..- just not the Xbox live line which (again) wants me to install the update before performing the test!
AArrrghh!!!!
