you find it AFTER making it yourself. Laughing

There is no market for it, so no. You won't find it in stores.

If you live in Seoul you can find it at Big Rock in Gangnam. From what i remember it's pretty good. They have their own micro brewery so they have some good beer on offer as well. It's been a while since i've been to Seoul so i couldn't really give you any directions, but i can tell you it's on a steep hill, if that helps at all........probably not.

Hi There,

There's a great micro- brewery (imports) in Seoul but in terms of the cider they have rock creek. You do pay 7000 won for a decent glass but believe me it's worth it, beautiful stuff...head to Seoul, Kangnam may expand soon.

Actually you can make it yourself. I will have an article in the upcoming Groove magazine that details how to make (hard) apple cider.

Basically, take some organic apple juice (from Costco), throw it into a container with a thin neck (food safe or glass and sanitized with iodine and water), throw in some yeast, and seal it with Saran wrap and a rubber band (a hole poked through to let out CO2). Wait 7 days, bottle, enjoy.

I'd be really careful about fermenting your own apple cider. A kid I knew in high school tried that and he ended up in the hospital for several weeks after drinking the rotten nastiness it turned into.
