ive seen overweight canadians ask for a burger like this at mcdonalds while standing behind them in line. They essentially asked to combine 3 bigmacs into 1 which was ridiculous. Oddly, mcdonalds gave her exactly what she wanted she just had to pay for 3 bigmacs..
