My university has just offered its entire staff the opportunity to get inoculated. Would you? They feel that since we are around students a lot, the inoculation would help us greatly. Would you?
It's free.

Nope. And if they are giving everyone else an injection, I can reap off their benefits .. haha. |

inoculation gives you the disease, just a weaker, almost dead version of it. Since I haven't had the flu since I was a kid, even though there's flu season every year, the chances are very low that I'm going to get it at all. I don't have any reason to be inoculated. |

Hi,
According to this, the govt apparently wasn't very careful or informative innoculating in the 70's. Anyone know more about it?

It does not give you the disease. It's the virus or bacterium chopped up!! It will not infect a specific cell group, but it can make you sick due to immunosupression. If you haven't contracted the flu since childhood, don't get the vaccination!! You don't need it!! |

You are an idiot, the majority of sickness you get is because the shot causes a hyper-reaction of your immune system. Do you even know what "adjuvants" are? Morons like you should take 2 shots. The knowledge is out there, so in this day and age there is no excuse for being a moron, but it might get ya killed. Stop worrying about where you're gettin drunk this weekend and how you favorite baseball team is doin and learn about things that matter, instead of believing all the media tells you. By the way Tom Glocer is Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Reuters and is also a board member for Merck, idiot! |
