Funny how you refer to the systematic attack on our liberties as mere "technicalities".

A consideration about whether or not to call a penalty for not purchasing insurance a tax or a fine is not an infringement upon your liberties. The only thing here remotely related to your liberties is whether or not you're mandated to purchase insurance in the first place, and I all ready said I disagreed with such a mandate.

But I always knew you were just a sniveling pro-government lackey.

I've quite often talked about things the government does that I disagree with. I've even incidentally given an example in this very thread. I'm not sure you understand what the word lackey means. Your angry hostility is as usual noted, though.

And quit referring to yourself as "we". You speak only for yourself on here.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'll have to pass. I don't want your advice on how to speak. In fact, I don't think any of us do.

Anything related to the IRS is an infringement upon your liberties.

I'm quite happy (even exuberant) to point out that, overall, you are a pro-government, pro-Obama lackey, admittedly un-American, who considers government tyranny to be a good thing, and has no respect for the Constitution.

You're still just speaking for yourself. Are you schizophrenic by any chance? Or are you just referring to any socks you have on here?

No, that's not true. It's just another example of making nonsense up to try to justify an extremist anti-governmental position.

Nothing else in your post is on topic. I know I'm an incredibly interesting person and you want to discuss me, but that's not what this thread is about.

Yes it is true. You're just refuting it to support your own extremist pro-government, pro-tyranny, pro-IRS swat teams raiding private homes and businesses agenda.

Oh, I know you're not important - but it's always worth pointing out your blatant disingenuity and sophistry (ie. trying to add credence and authority to your fallacious arguments by pretending to speak for other people).

Absolutely correct.

The IRS is an extreme fascist organization. It is the fundraising Gestapo of the Fascist-Socialist State.
